Who Killed Kurt Cobain

"It's about time someone did this..."

date: June 23, 2003

I've been a believer in the idea that Courtney Love murdered him for a while. The facts do suggest it, after all. A little tidbit that you didn't mention was the fact that the police who were investigating the case didn't carry it on for too long. A little bribery, perhaps? Also, Courtney Love wanted money, and Kurt had a lot of stuff he wouldn't release, because he couldn't stand the fame. Now that she's got the rights to them, she released them, and that's no surprise. Anyway, good job, and I'm a believer also.

"Good work again, but.."

date: March 13, 2003

I do however have a bone to pick this time with "tromapsycho". You close minded, uninformed, biased fool. What the hell are you talking about? Anyone who is familiar with Metallica, knows of Kirk's superior guitar talent, James' kick ass vocals and guitar skills, and Lars' excessive drumming talent and musical insight. I'm not taking anything away from Jason, he was a great bass player, but he never did fully fill in that gap left by Cliff. Also, like the last reviewer stated, metallica didn't kick him out, that wasn't the story, so I hope your ignorant, uninformed self has learned something today. For "HEARSEKIDD" as well, that's fine if you don't like reading, but base your vote on the movie for what it is - how informative it is, amount of effort, just don't give it a bad score because you're another 8 year old who would rather look at pictures as opposed to reading and learning something. All ranting aside, you did a good job covering everything over the time period of Garage Inc. and S&M, so I have no complaints directed towards you. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to part 5.

"Once again, well done."

date: March 13, 2003

I won't rant on and on this time cause I'm sure you don't appreciate having to read a novel for a review. So to make it short but sweet, you covered the era of Load and Reload well, and I have no complaints or anything to point out really. Surprisingly, I don't even have a bone to pick with anyone who gave an uninformed or ignorant review. Keep up the good work.

"Same story as before.."

date: March 12, 2003

Good job again. I forgot to note in my review for part 1 that you had no mention of Dave Mustaine, Metallica's lead guitarist till they kicked him out and replaced him with Kirk. Not a big deal though, damn rowdy alchoholic, lol. My bone to pick this time however, is with "Burning_Feet_Man". The idea of a tribute is to give an informative look back on the developments and highlights of something. Yet you say this isn't a tribute, because you'd rather look at pictures like a child that doesn't yet know how to read. Also, if he put streaming video into this, do you know how big the filesize would be? It's already more than big enough... So anyway, just like last time you covered most of the major events throughout the specific period of time, and i enjoyed having "Enter Sandman" booming through my sub-woofer this time. A suggestion though, perhaps you could have your own personal comments on each event, just so it would be a little more fresh and interesting for people like me who know virtually EVERYTHING about Metallica. While I'm ranting I'll add one thing that pisses me off about Metallica touring this summer. The closest Canadian location to me announced so far is damn Toronto! I can't afford that shit, sucks to be my age.. Anyway, good job, and put part 3 out soon!

Thank you much my friend...And thank you all for all the great support, no matter what anyone says, Metallica is still the greatest!

Metallica Trib Pt1 '80-88

"Finally.."

date: March 12, 2003

At last, I've been waiting for a good tribute to come along for my favourite band since I was about 12 - Metallica. I have to say you did a good job covering most of the major events in the developing evolution of Metallica, for the years covered that is. Although Metallica wasn't officially formed till october '81, it's good to see that you noted the meetings held prior to the band's formation by James and Lars. I read every paragraph and caption in the movie and can proudly say I didn't learn anything, lol. In fact I've literally drained the very site you mentioned, Encyclopedia Metallica of all the information it has some time ago. However, what's up with these people saying the paragraphs went by too fast? Most of the paragraphs have a "Next" button, and for those that don't, how slow do you read? Another good feature was having "Battery" blast the shit out of my speakers while I read. I do have a bone to pick with "Azurewrathhal" though. How would you know if metallica has sucked since newsted left, they haven't released any albums since. Which reminds me I'm anxiously awaiting the release of St. Anger in the summer. Anyway, good job.

First off, excellent graphics. Great design as well. A few suggestions though. A storyline would be nice, as well as some more variety - ie: More sharks, change in background, and maybe something that you can actually achieve, instead of just seeing how far you can get before you die. Like a way to ensure your survival perhaps, that would go along with a storyline though. Adding variety could also make it a little more challenging, I was able to make it to about distance 1,100, and the only reason I died was because I had to open up another window to reply to someone on messenger. Just a few thoughts, but overall, great job

Jesus christ that was the funniest thing i've seen in a while. Non-stop laughter, that voice is the definition of irritating. Not to mention the fact that I knew a kid like that, used to harass him all the time too as i recall, funny shit. anyway, great movie, keep up the good work.

"Addictive as hell"

submission: Bubble Trouble

Wow, great game, the hours fly by without the slightest clue when i play this thing (I didn't actually play it for hours, I'm just sayin..). My one beef is that it tends to skip ahead a few frames sometimes, even though i have the quality is on low, and my computer doesn't suck THAT much. But putting that aside, great game and highly addictive.

Though I don't really agree with the whole concept of being a total prick making the guy cool or "suppish" so to speak, great game regardless and very comical

Not a bad "Mini" RPG, if I do say so myself.. Several different ways to build up your character during the day, and pretty cool concept of having riches evaluate your status. Only problem I had with it was that the guy just moves too damn slow. But all in all, great game.
